This English version is a courtesy translation. The Spanish text below, on this same page, is the legally binding one and takes precedence if the two ever disagree.

2. What data we hold, and how we get it
This website has no forms, no user accounts and no analytics, and it sets no cookies. Personal data reach us only when you choose to contact us:
- by phone: your number and what you tell us during the call;
- by WhatsApp: your number, your profile name, your messages and any photos or location you send;
- by email: your address and the content of your message;
- during a job: the address of the property, car or safe, and the document you show to prove you may open it. We look at that document; we do not keep a copy unless an insurer or the police need one and you agree.
3. Why we use them, and on what legal basis
- To answer you and carry out the work you ask for: steps prior to a contract and the contract itself (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- To check that you are entitled to open a door, car or safe: our legitimate interest, and that of the owner, in not opening it for the wrong person (art. 6.1.f).
- To issue invoices and keep accounts: a legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
Your data are not used for advertising and are not sold or passed to anyone for their own purposes.
4. How long we keep them
Messages and call details are kept while the job is under way and for as long as any claim about it could reasonably arise. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally four and six years respectively).
5. Who else handles them
Only providers that make the business work, each under its own terms:
- the hosting and delivery provider of this website (Cloudflare), which processes technical connection data such as IP addresses;
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), if you contact us that way;
- the email and telephone providers of the business;
- tax advisers, insurers or the authorities, when the law requires it or you ask for it.
The website loads no third-party fonts, scripts or maps: the typeface is served from this same domain, so no font provider such as Google Fonts receives your data.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare and Meta may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection.
7. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, their correction or deletion, a limit on their use, their portability, or object to their processing, by writing to [email protected]. If you think your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
